Doctor's Authorization Required

This is just a reminder to all parents and students that a signed doctor’s authorization form and a parental consent is needed for all prescription and over-the-counter medications that are taken at school. These medications should be kept in the nurse’s office and not carried in book bags or purses. If you have any questions, please call the nurse’s office at 246-5832.
