MV Website Sets a Record
1.9 Million Hits in September

The MVTHS web site reached a record number of hits in September, almost 2 million! The web site had a daily average of over 66,060 hits, which is almost double the amount of Augusts’ average hits numbering 37,923. This is the most hits the school web site has ever had. The most visited page, other than the main page, was the faculty section, with sports being a close second. The sports section is expected to have even more visits this month because of the increased coverage in all of the sports areas. The web site was most used between the hours of 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
Improving the school web site has been a big goal this year. The statistics show that these improvements are already being noticed. The number of daily hits for this October has greatly surpassed last October’s average. At this rate, this month will set an even higher record than last month’s 66,060 hits per day. The web site will continue to improve as the year goes on because many people are working to better the web site every day. So, be sure and check the web site regularly, because you are sure to find many new and exciting items every day.
