At Mt. Vernon Township High School all prescriptions and over the counter medications which the school nurse administers to students will be done with a doctor’s authorization and parental consent.

Doctor’s authorization forms and parental consent forms are mailed home in each student’s registration packet and will be available at registration. These forms MUST be completed and returned to the school nurse before she will administer medication to a student.
