Notice of Nondiscrimination
Mt. Vernon Township High School District No. 201 of Jefferson County Illinois, does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, or handi-cap in admission or access to or treatment of em-ployment opportunities in its programs and activities.

Any appeal of a decision given by Dr. Smith may be filed in writing with the Board of Education at the above address. An appeal must be filed within four-teen days of receipt of the original decision.
