Why don't you have a price list for entities outside of MVTHS?

Print jobs and related services vary greatly. Paper choices, print colors, labor involved and finishing options (bindery) are just some of the factors in pricing your job. Consequently, it is difficult to create a price list to meet everyone's needs. We are happy, however, to send you an estimate for any job and we will work with you to keep your print jobs within your budget. All such jobs require administrative approval.

I want to design my own job. Will you print it?

Yes. With the multitude of computer programs available, many people prefer to design their own documents. We support most Microsoft and Adobe programs. Most other programs have the option to save in a format that we can print from.

Bring in a hard copy, files on CD's or USB Drives, email files to thecopycenter@mvths.org, or submit your electronically. Please make sure they are properly labeled. Files in PDF format are ideal, but we also have programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, PageMaker, Photoshop, etc.

What kind of turnaround time do you offer on copy jobs?

Once we know the details of your job, we will work with you to establish a reasonable timeline for your project with your deadline in mind.

I'm not good at proofreading. Will The Copy Center check my document for errors?

The Copy Center cannot accept responsibility for proofreading. We do strive to create the highest quality documents. To that end, we will let you know if we see errors in your job, but it is your responsibility to proofread documents you submit.

Will you keep my job on file for reprinting if I need it?

How will I get my job from you when it is completed?

Stop by and pick up.
