The Help Desk is the central point of contact for Technology Services.  Once contacted, we will assist you with all your technology needs.  We are committed to providing the best quality computer software, hardware, wireless connectivity, network, e-mail and A/V support services possible. We do so in an atmosphere of courtesy, professionalism, and respect toward every individual in the MVTHS community, with an emphasis on providing education to enhance each person’s knowledge for problem resolution.



Let the Help Desk be Your One-Stop Technology Empowerment Center! We are your first point of Contact for your computing needs!

  • Central point of contact to request general assistance from Technology Services
  • Assistance with access to the campus network, wireless, e-mail, and antivirus information
  • Answers to basic hardware, software, wireless, A/V and network related questions
  • Information regarding new accounts or passwords
  • Status of outstanding trouble tickets
  • Referrals to other sources for specific assistance
  • Consumables such as:  batteries, ink, etc.
