Heat, humidity and a heavy rain didn't stop a 12.81 pound haul for Tyler Curry and Gage Raney as the MVTHS Bass fishing Team brought a 1st Place win home last Saturday.
They finished the tournament with a 12.81 pound haul.
And then there's that "fish as long as your arm." Tyler brought home the Biggest Bass Award with a fish, seen here, weighing in at 5.51 lbs. "The boys fished their butt's off today," said Coach Scott Shaw. "It started off really nice, temperature-wise. Then the sun came out about 8 AM and the heat was brutal. But, the boys kept their heads down and fished hard. I'm very proud of them."
