The 60th Annual Popcorn Pete Children's Variety Show will be held on Friday, April 24th at 7pm and Saturday, April 25th at 11am, 2pm, and 6pm! That's right, four showtimes to help fit around your family's schedule! The show is held at the Mt. Vernon Township High School Theater.
The theme this year is "Popcorn Pete's Colorful 60th Birthday Bash" and will feature Cinderella, Green Lantern, My Little Pony, Shrek, SpongeBob, and Zootopia!
This is a mutual fundraiser for MVTHS Special Olympics and MVTHS Drama Club. This is a LIVE theater event for young children and families! The Drama Club students have written the scripts and the show is fun, exciting, and interactive! The Special Olympics team handles ticket and merchandise sales! Yes, you can get some awesome Popcorn Pete merch at our shows!!!
TICKETS can be purchased in advance at Peoples National Bank (both locations), El Rancherito, JJ's Sports Bar & Grill, Laced 'n Grace, Rosie Jo's Boutique, and Centre Stage. There are also tickets available for purchase in the Special Education Office (C224). Tickets cost $3 in advance and $5 at the door. CASH ONLY!!
MERCHANDISE will also be available for sale at the show including t-shirts ($15), silicone bracelets ($2), and nylon cinch backpacks ($10). The photo booth will also be available! CASH ONLY!!!

*Once front row seats are filled, second row seats will be offered.

-Available for ALL four (4) shows
-Reserved front row seat
-Personalized VIP keepsake credentials
-Entrance 1 hour before the show for meet and greet with all the characters for autographs and photographs, including one turn in the photo booth.
-Merchandise package of t-shirt, silicone bracelet, and nylon cinch backpack will be waiting for the child at their reserved seat (no waiting in lines)
60th BIRTHDAY VIP Package for children are $60:
-ONLY available for the Friday 7pm performance
-Includes EVERYTHING listed above with the Standard VIP Package, PLUS . . . Be a special guest at Popcorn Pete's 60th Birthday Party with cupcakes, music, and games at 5:30pm.
