Originally launched in the MVTHS Freshman Academy, the Rams Quarterly Recognition program was initiated to help drive improvements in student behavior, course completion, and graduation readiness.
Building on the positive results, MVTHS is taking the program district-wide for the 2026–2027 school year. The goal is to recognize the success of more than 50% of our student body.
The RAMS Recognition program strengthens our school culture by reinforcing four core values across the academic year: Respect, Accountability, Motivation, and Support.
The recognition framework will build across each quarter to encourage continuous growth.
In Quarter 1, students establish a foundation of Respect by maintaining a clean behavioral record. Quarter 2 adds Accountability through academic performance (passing all classes), Quarter 3 focuses on Motivation by requiring consistent attendance and punctuality, and Quarter 4 completes the cycle with student specific Support, encouraging students to eliminate missing work and fulfill a one-hour community service project.
“Building a Better World, One Ram at a Time” is more than a message of our goals. It is a dedicated, daily effort.
